In his essay, he said leading developers should voluntarily coordinate on safety standards and submit to oversight by permanent embedded evaluators that would monitor compliance.<!-- HTML_TAG_END -->  <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div data-testid=\"read-more\" readability=\"51\">\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\"><!-- HTML_TAG_START -->&#8220;Unfortunately, passing laws can take time, and AI is advancing very quickly.
